Known False Positives

The following are known false positives that automated accessibility scanners may flag on our site:

Color contrast: Automated accessibility scanners may report contrast errors on certain page sections where text sits on backgrounds applied as visual effects rather than standard CSS. These tools cannot detect effect-based backgrounds and default to assuming a white background, which causes false failure reports. We have manually verified the actual visual contrast on each flagged element and confirmed it meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA requirements.

Known Limitations

Screen reader language recognition: Our Spanish-language pages may not be recognized as Spanish by screen readers due to a platform-level language tag constraint. If this affects your experience, please contact us and we will provide assistance.

Mobile Accessibility

Both rbsbuddy.com and programs.rbsbuddy.com have been tested on mobile devices and are designed to be usable on smartphones and tablets. Content is responsive and does not require horizontal scrolling.
